SSH : Forwarded connection refused by server: Administratively prohibited [open failed]

Change localhost to 127.0.0.1 and it should work. 🙂

If that doesn’t solve it, problem might be in sshd_config or authorized_keys2 – Metawerx Wiki: SSHTunnelTroubleshooting.
