Fresh Mango Salad Recipe
If you are a lover of combining vegetables and fruits, this is the perfect recipe. It’s one of the most excellent savory foods I have ever come across! It’s simple and so delicious. A taste between sweet and salty, yet tangy. All at the same time!
Here’s is what you need:
- 2 – 3 tomatoes (the number of tomatoes depends on their size and personal taste)
- 1 mango (I prefer the Mahachanok ones)
- 1/2 onion (White or Red. Remember that the red ones are sharper in taste and pungent. Instead of a half, I would put a little less, but if you love onions in your food, go ahead with the original amount)
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 bunch of fresh parsley or coriander
- 1 teaspoon white sugar
- 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 1 tablespoon cider vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Note: To make the salad tastier, I added a little ginger, green onion and myoga.
Instructions:
First, dice the tomatoes and the mango.
Next chop up the half onion along with the parsley.
Then mince the garlic.
