Fresh Mango Salad Recipe

If you are a lover of combining vegetables and fruits, this is the perfect recipe. It’s one of the most excellent savory foods I have ever come across! It’s simple and so delicious. A taste between sweet and salty, yet tangy. All at the same time! 

Here’s is what you need: 

  • 2 – 3 tomatoes (the number of tomatoes depends on their size and personal taste)
  • 1 mango (I prefer the Mahachanok ones) 
  •  1/2 onion (White or Red. Remember that the red ones are sharper in taste and pungent. Instead of a half, I would put a little less, but if you love onions in your food, go ahead with the original amount) 
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 bunch of fresh parsley or coriander
  • 1 teaspoon white sugar
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon cider vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Note: To make the salad tastier, I added a little ginger, green onion and myoga.

Instructions: 

First, dice the tomatoes and the mango. 

Next chop up the half onion along with the parsley.

Then mince the garlic.

Finally, place all the ingredients into a favorite salad bowl. Add the seasoning, mix everything well and …
